Processing & Handling

  • All boat kits are handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–4 business days for us to prepare and pack your order for shipment. Larger, more complex kits may take longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic (USA): We offer flat-rate shipping via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

  • International: We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your kit leaves our shop.

Shipping Insurance

  • We take great care in packing our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents.
